☕ Sunday Scroll: Greetings from Maine!
Life lately, top sellers, and what I’m eyeing now... Consider this your weekly dose of style + inspiration!
Good morning! We got to Maine yesterday afternoon and wasted no time getting our lobster fix. I opted for lobster stew and had halibut for dinner, but as soon as the steamed lobsters arrived (my mom and the girls got them) I was regretting my choice. I will have to remedy that very soon!
The lake is beautiful this morning, and it’s a sunny 67 degrees with low humidity… absolutely gorgeous. We are debating taking a hike or just staying here to enjoy the peace and quiet.
I’ve rounded up this week’s Top Ten and my Weekly Edit for you below. Have a great day!
xx,
Jo-Lynne

🔟 Top Ten of the Week
These were your most-loved items this week, and they’re all from one retailer… I bet you can’t guess which one! 😉
✨ The Weekly Edit
A weekly roundup of what I’m reading, watching, wearing, and adding to my cart, plus a few fun finds worth sharing…
🎧 Currently Listening: My trainer often plays this Daily Lift Spotify playlist when we’re lifting, and it’s a really good one. I added it to my Library so I can use it when I’m out walking, or anytime really. There are a few songs I’m planning to remove, but I like almost all of them.
📖 Good Reads:
The Substack AI Report: This article is super interesting, especially if you take the time to read the comments. (Warning: it’s a long one!)
7 Signs Your Summer Handbag Looks Outdated—and What to Carry Instead: My friend, Deb, wrote this post, and it’s a really good one! (I was wishing I’d thought of it myself, haha!)
🛍️ Just Added to My Closet: At this point in the season, I’m more about taking things out of my closet that aren’t serving me than adding to it, but I decided to keep the London Fog Oversize Single Breasted Hooded Raincoat in the Stone from the #NSale because I think I might want to bring it with me to Scotland in September.
I think it’s such a nice compromise between my long, oversized Sezane Clyde Trench and the cropped trench I wore so much in England last spring, and it’s more practical because of the water-repellent finish. I also plan to bring my black lululemon Rain Rebel Jacket, but I think I’m going to want two coat options. I was glad I had two in England, and I’ll be gone longer this time.
📦 Amazon Finds:
Meagan shared this bag hanger on Instagram yesterday, and I immediately popped it in my cart. There were several times recently when I was at a restaurant and there was nowhere to put my bag (the back of the chair was not conducive, and the seat wasn’t big enough put it behind me, etc.), so I wore it crossbody for the entire meal. I used to think they were silly, but now I’m going to carry one with me wherever I go.
A reader suggested this Bracelet Helper Tool when I said I have to have help putting on some of my Monica Vinader bracelets, and I added that to my cart, as well. (FYI, my beaded tigers eye bracelet has one restock!)
💸 Style Steals:
This slouchy hobo shoulder bag is under $30 and comes in tons of color options. It’s right on trend for fall, and you can’t beat the price.
How cute is this rattan smartphone crossbody purse (and it’s 40% off!)?
This $16 top is a nice one for those who need work wear, and how fun is this cheetah tank?
My EVEREVE Nora Muscle Dress is selling out but I found a very similar budget-friendly alternative at Gap Factory!
👀 Things I’m Eyeing:
these workout shorts (love that they have a built-in liner) and this training tank (I’m always looking for looser options that don’t cling)
Someone asked if boat shoes will be trending into fall… I don’t see why not, but I also don’t see a ton of them around. But then these studded moccasins popped up in the EVEREVE New Arrivals… so maybe we’ll be seeing them, after all! They do make a nice transition shoe for when we’re done with sandals but not ready for boots.
I just popped this denim shift dress into my cart! I don’t know if it’s going to have enough structure for me, but I’m curious to give it a try.

Thanks for sharing the Spotify playlist. I'm always hunting for upbeat music to play while doing housework. This should keep me motivated.
I just purchased the Emma Shift dress and it looks fabulous on, and see myself wearing this one a lot, its so comfy!
