Today I’m sharing a few fun look-for-less finds (because sometimes you want the look without the splurge), plus some chic new arrivals at Gap Factory you might want to check out.
I am so ready for fall and fall looks! Although living in California our hot weather is yet to come! Am excited to wear all my Nordstrom anniversary purchases!
Funny you say that about the weather in CA because we have a French girl staying with us right now and she commented yesterday about how mild our summer weather is. We still get the marine layer in the morning and at night where I live and daytime temps in the mid to high 70s. My husband told her our “real summer” hits in late August and pretty much all of September when our temps get into the 80s & sometimes 90s!
I feel like I dress for spring from March through August and then Fall outfits don’t really matter much until late October early November and last through the winter!
I’m voting for summer as it seemed to take forever for it to actually feel like summer, given all the wind and rain this spring. I’m very much enjoying shorts, linen and dresses. That said, transitional outfits that can be worn in the heat are nice, just not into sweaters and corduroy right now.
I'm ready for some fall looks or transitional looks while the weather is still warm.

I'd vote for "fall-ish," the dreaded transition season of wanting to look like fall when temps are still in the 90's. (TX Gulf Coast)
Still summer here and would like some new inspiration for these hot days!
